Our 14-day policy
BLUR TEC LLC offers a voluntary full refund of an Outward Pro charge when you request it within 14 calendar days after that charge, whether it is an initial purchase or a renewal. This voluntary policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly through our Stripe-hosted checkout. If an eligible request is received within that period and we can verify the charge, we will provide the full refund; approval is not discretionary.
How to request a refund
Email contact@outward.dev from the email address on your Outward account. Include the charge date and say that you want a refund. Do not send card or bank-account details. We may ask for limited information needed to identify the Stripe charge and verify the account.
We will acknowledge your request within five business days. A request under this voluntary policy is not eligible if it is received after the 14-day period, the charge was not made through Outward's Stripe-hosted checkout, the charge has already been fully refunded, reversed, or charged back, or we cannot match it to your account after reasonable verification. These limits do not reduce any right you have under applicable law.
How and when the refund is sent
For an eligible request, we will initiate the refund through Stripe within five business days after verification. The refund can only return to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears; this commonly takes an additional 5–10 business days and can take longer for some payment methods, countries, expired cards, or bank processing delays.
If Stripe marks the refund pending or failed, we will tell you and take the reasonable next steps available through Stripe. We will never ask you to send replacement card or bank details by email.
What happens after a full refund
A full refund ends the related Pro subscription and Pro access immediately. Your account moves to the Free plan. Outward does not delete your local projects because of a refund, but projects above the Free plan's one-project limit remain locked unless you subscribe again or delete projects until you are within the limit.
Canceling without a full refund normally leaves Pro access active through the end of the paid billing period. Deleting your Outward account is different: it ends paid access immediately and does not automatically refund unused time.
Your rights under law
This voluntary policy does not limit any non-waivable refund, withdrawal, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer right that applies where you live. If applicable law gives you more time or additional remedies, that law controls.
